I have an active subscription but I reinstalled the app, what should I do?

Don’t worry! First, you need to make sure that your subscription is indeed active, and that you’re logged in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. Then, simply follow the steps below:

  • Go to the “Home” tab
  • Scroll-down to the “Help & Support” section
  • Tap on “Plantevo+”
  • Tap on the “Restore purchase” button
